My tenant was growing marijuana in the basement bedrooms of our rental house, with plastic on the walls and ceilings. He was there a month before being evicted. Do I need to worry about any mould from his growing operation? I need to rent the house in a couple of weeks.

Before renting out the basement again, I would suggest you have it inspected by a qualified professional for possible mould and if it is suitable for occupancy. If your new tenant sues you in future (for mould that presumably was caused by the marijuana operation), you’ll be able to defend yourself.
