I am looking to rent an apartment that belongs to a complex that has previously had mold issues. We had a mold test come back with pretty low levels, except for Curvularia, which tested 4 spores indoors and 2 spores outdoors. I am concerned about this level, slightly higher than outside, being a health risk to my newborn baby. I cannot find anything online because every person may respond differently, but am frustrated because I do not even know what this level means, or if I should worry.

The results sound a bit odd. However, assuming that is what they are, I think you have nothing to worry about. To be sure about the results, I would suggest a retest by another third party.
